Staff was polite and very friendly! my dog looked amazing after they were done i almost didn’t recognize her! definitely coming back for all my pets grooming needs!

They were wonderful! It was my Great Pyrenees William’s first grooming experience. We’ve been trying to manage him at home so he was a bit of a mess but I’m so glad we brought him here. It was clear he was throughly brushed head-to-toe, undercoat thinned, matts cleared and neatly trimmed. He was so white and incredibly soft, he also smelled like powdery freshness for probably 2 weeks after. My boy was also very happy when they brought him out and I can tell they treated him well and took their time with him, which is good because he is a big scaredy cat- he didn’t look the least bit upset. I appreciate the hard work their team put in (I think they said they needed 3 people to brush him, bless them) I brought in a mountain of knots, dirt and fur and they gave me back a giant fresh puppy. Highly recommend!

They did an amazing job with our 5 month old Australian labradoodle 😍 it was her first grooming and we were quite nervous that she was going to come back shaved 😭 But they took their time (2 hours) and she came out looking beautiful!! Short, but not shaved. Paws. Nails. Ears. All of it done. I can tell they also used clippers and didn’t only rely on the buzzer for all of it 😄 She smells awesome, too. AND they have a whole wall of quality dog chews and treats. Thanks so much, Pawtero! 🐶 Next time I’ll definitely have to buy some of your beautiful cookies.

Yogi came back looking so handsome!!! this place is amazing and the staff is so nice, i was a little nervous, because he gets a little nervous but he came out looking very happy and pretty. Price makes sense for all the work they do - Thank you so much !

I LOVE THE PEOPLE AT PAWTERO!!!! And they LOVE their furry clients. My dog looks and smells delightful after his grooming and he is so calm when he’s there. He’s a Goldendoodle and their coats are not easy to trim but he looks adorable every time. I drive 15 to 20 minutes just to take him there because they are so much better than anything closer and Jäger gets groomed every two weeks.

10/10 recommend Pawtero. They did an incredible job tastefully grooming my 8yr old golden retriever. They knew exactly what I meant when I said feather cleanup. Our dog looks, smells and feels great. The employees were incredibly kind and accommodating. Got him in within two days and let us know they were ahead of schedule and we could come early if our schedule allowed. Absolutely would use them again and recommend! (Also note, when I dropped off my dog there was a gorgeous standard poodle finishing up and another poodle getting groomed when I picked up my dog- if you know you know, not everyone can groom poodles). Thank you Pawtero! We’ll be back!

I highly recommend Pawtero 🐾! I took my Yorkie, Bailey, for his first haircut. I was worried because he suffers from anxiety and his fur was a matted hot mess! Angel was caring, honest and advised me of the right haircut not only to get the knots out but so he could look good at the same time. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog as the staff is kind (thank you Austin), the ambience is very pleasant and felt he was in good hands. I'm highly pleased with the results! Thank you so much Angel! See you for his next cut! I promise I won't let it matt this time!

I have brought my dog there since she was a puppy and have had great experiences! Judy loves seeing Connor and she always come back happy and clean.

I’ve taken my dog Sophia here a few times now and am always happy with the results. She comes out exactly how I want it. Timing is great, smooth process. Angel and Connor do a great job and take care of her. I don’t see myself going to another groomer.

The folks here are outstanding. My pup is on immuno-suppressants and blood thinner so she can’t be with other dogs. They not only took her after hours, they added a half-hour post-closing and before we arrived so they could make sure it was clean for her. The groomer took great care with her and was careful to not do anything that would risk cutting her. I’d give them ten stars if I could.
